Bradley J. Berkshire | Principal & COO

Bradley Berkshire is the Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Four Seasons Lawn Service & Landscaping, Inc. bringing more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the landscaping industry. As COO, Bradley plays a key role in overseeing daily operations, crew leadership, irrigation maintenance, equipment management, and the continued innovation of the company’s services and processes.

The youngest of five children, Bradley grew up surrounded by the strong work ethic and passion that his parents instilled in both their family and the business. Watching the company grow from an early age inspired his appreciation for hard work, leadership, and the importance of building lasting relationships with clients and employees alike.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Bradley has always had a passion for mechanical projects and competitive hobbies. During his teenage years and into his twenties, he dedicated much of his time to restoring and modernizing his father’s Mustang race car, transforming it into a competitive NHRA racecar. The project reflected his interest in engineering, problem-solving, and performance.

Today, Bradley enjoys the sport of tactical shooting, which—similar to racing—combines both mental focus and physical discipline. He currently competes as a part of USPSA (United States Practical Shooting Association) and takes part in tournaments around the Midwest. He appreciates the strategic and technical aspects of the sport and the challenge it presents.

Above all, Bradley is a devoted father to his 10-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son. His greatest motivation is continuing the legacy his parents built. Bradley is committed to guiding Four Seasons into the future with a focus on performance, innovation, and exceptional service—ensuring the company remains a source of pride for his family while building a strong foundation for the third generation to carry forward.
